server stoped working and no error messages

ok here is quite litterly all the info i can get on my problem.

1: i turn on server(all goes well)
2:i open minecraft and go to log into my server and "communication error" comes up
3: i check console and nothing is there(exept what is normall).

i will mention that i overenchant things useing INVedit but i have a plugin that is supposed to counter any issues that arrise from that. what i dont get is why it impossible to login or see whats actually happening. console freezes aswell. i cant type any console side commands to try and fix it.
