I know this keeps appearing, and has appeared so many times that they were just too many to read >.<
But I read that It was possible from one of the older threads, and some time afterwards I found this in the Minecraft Wiki.

"Minecraft servers, as of 1.1.0, can use multiple cores, so now they will not sit idle." -Minecraft Wiki

But does that also mean Bukkit has support for it or is it only Moyangs forgotten server.exe file?

    Moved to the correct forum.

To answer your question, yes, we have the same, if not better multi-threading support than Mojang's server.

Petomatick CraftBukkit follows the design of the default Minecraf server. So if it gets multi-threading craftbukkit does also aim for getting multi-threading working. Its not only the multi-threading who made Craftbukkit/Minecraft that fast, the 1.3.x update also did a lot for SMP performance.
