   I need a very simple plugin that allows a specific group not to place/break blocks. I've used plugins like this before but its been a long time since and i've forgot them all.
   
   Any suggestions?

   what is your permission plugin? if you are looking for to prevent building in the entire world, getting worldguard wont be needed, possibly.
