I have no clue how to change the permissions to build/not build in separate worlds. All I can find is the general rule to allow/not allow building in all worlds.

Sorry, I probably should have read that before posting.

It doesn't necessarily have to be the whole world I guess. I could instead select the area, however it is a pretty big area. I already tried using the wand tool though to select my region and it wouldn't work.

With //wand you have to right click on your first block then go to the other side and left click to define your selection then do //exand vert to make that area sky to bedrock then /region define <id> <owners> then do /region flag <id> build deny then /region <id> use allow and you should be set.

Yea, for some reason the wand doesn't do anything for me. Absolutely nothing happens when I use it.

IkithME, He/she is simply asking about permissions about different worlds.
Pex supports multiworld support (however few understand it like me)
bPermissions do and I would refer it. also you can ask codename_b about it. or go in their IRC

GroupManager supports multiworld aswell. you listed Permissions as your permissions plugin, which is dead since a while ago.

Thank you very much for the suggestions. I'll try them out.
