What is it?
Have you ever wanted to have a server wide event, for example PVP tournement, but it's a hassle, keeping track of everyone on the forums, spamming the players to death on the day of the event, and tping everyone manually! What a mess! Well, signup makes it 100% easier to do all of this. All you do, is create and event, and stop it once it's tine for it to start. All players involoved auto-tp to a set location, and you can start the event. Plus, you can set join costs for the event, max number of players, and you can make signs for players to right click to join!

How do I use it?
Just drag and drop the plugin into your plugins folder, and your ready to roll. Creating events is as simple as a command (see bellow). Stopping them is also as easy as a command. It is permission enabled, so only certain players can make events. You can also make a sign for players to join the event (see bellow). The signup will auto end when time runs up.

This couldn't be any easier, on a sign do the following format

Could you make it so that the event creator can see a list of the people that have registered for the event? And for longer events could you do so that the event creator can stop signing up but the event still exists so players can use the teleport? Maybe an automated event stop? So if you have a building contest an the event starts at a set date, at that date you cannot sign up any more and a timer would start showing you how long you have to build? Oh good god, Better stop or I'll make a novel on features you could add.

 

Thoes are some great idea, the only one I'm not adding in is the creator stopping, but event existing. Thanks for the suggestions .

 

If i signup for a PvP event, and the spawn location is in the arena.. Is it possible for me to get healed? Could you add that?

Whats the permission for /signup info

 

No permission I beleive.

 

Players on my server say they dont have permission for /signup info EVENTNAME

Could you add a reoccurring feature? like so i can schedule a event for every saturday at a certain time without having to recreate the event everytime
