hey guys, im currently running a 24/7 Server Using Putty and Filezilla. Im only running 4gb ( iknow this is low) but i only average around 4-10 players so its adequate. As my server is improving and i am making more money, i Understand its time to upgrade, however i know there is better ways than putty to run a server. so i was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas about the other good ways and possibly give me some links.

if you wanna check out my server the IP is : agro-craft.servegame.com

Thanks :D all help and posts are appreciated:D

You can run many players with 4GB of RAM. I regularly hit over 25+ without seeing a memory concern.

Check my sig if you want a tool to manage Linux servers. It still uses putty, but really since PuTTy/SSH is awesome, you shouldn't have a problem.

    Yes.

Use a control panel, such as Multicraft SpaceBukkit, etc.
