Lag's .. players fall out of the world .. error startup in console.

Hello my dear brothers.
i'm Amjed from Saudi Arabia

i have dedicated host.
16 G.B Rams
CPU AMD. good one.
internet download speed 73M.B Upload speed 49M.B
have good connection with my country ping around 20-90.

but players sad becouse they have lags.
some times chunks dispear. and show up sometimes.
when they use creative gates. to go to jungle they have extrem ...
i find out from where lags come from in jungle (Orebfuscator).
-> Also, i have few 40 plugin.
-> Also, i'm using 5G.B-8G.B Rams for 100 Player server
-> Also, i'm using 4 Worlds [ Junglex2 - PlayersLand - Spawn - VIP world ]
Some of you gone say why 2 jungle.
coz one with pvp one without ..

when i use 1.3.2-R0.1 i get error in this speific plugins
factions - greativegates .
so i didnt upgarde yet.
i hope if you guys can help me

i must add after craftbukkit.jar --nojline
for my bukkit can work (version: craftbukkit-1.3.1-R2.0).

you can hold that many players with that many plugins and that little ram? wow.

 

No you cant.

To macxy, You need to decrease your player count on your server, for one you wont be able to handle 100 world wide users (or local) with only 5-8GB with that many worlds, and that low internet speed.
I am confused that you said you are hosting this on your computer or a server host, so please clarify.

try with nocheatplus turned off

 

Decrease slots, remove useless plugins, update plugins.
