Plugin category: World Guard Region Management Suggested name: Plot Signs (not the best name feel free to change it) What I want: I want a simple plugin that allows the buying, selling, and renting of world guard regions. But I want this to be done with signs. So here is how it would work when completed. Put a sign onto a world guarded region, then fill out the sign, something like this (change if needed): a Rent sign first line:[For Rent] second line: Money it costs third line: How long you rent the region for fourth line: The dementions (auto completed) then after purchase the sign stays in the same place and turns to this: first line:[RENTED] or [OCCUPIED] (or something of the sort) second line: how long the property is rented for it counts down until the rent is expired (ex. 7+days.... 6+ days.. 12+ hours.. 5+ minutes..) third line: blank fourth line: The name of the person who has rented the region A For Sale Sign First line: [For Sale] Second line: Price of the region third line: region name? fourth line: size of the region (ex. 10x10x12) after purchase the sign simply disapears Edit the sign format any way you see fit Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin because its 100% signs. Perhaps one that makes you enter and exit a "sign place mode" so that you can place signs on regions without them auto completing. Also maybe a command to choose who gets the money when a sign is selected Ideas for permissions: player.make.rent (make a rent sign) player.make.buy (make a buy sign) player.use.rent (use a rent sign) player.use.buy (use a rent sign admin.* (all permissions) add any permissions you think are nessisary When I'd like it by: any time. 1 - 2 weeks? i'm not sure how long this would take to make Additional Information: the point of this is to make a simple plugin that can sell and rent world guard regions very simply, no confusing commands. just right click a sign also its possible an identical plugin already exists. If thats true please tell me as i have been unable to find one.
