helping my server?

hello. i could use some help with my server.
i got some things that needs to be done (if you help you get VIP rank + some spawners in my server)
1: i need a login (password protect) plugin ... do you know a good one?
2: economie price's for armor and stuff... i think i ask 100for a iron ingot so how much does the rest need to be ?

hmmm yeah most of the time online... sometimes when there are no members it is offline...

 

I mean online as in online.mode= true
