   i was running the .bat file and i had just port-forwarded the way everyone says to. i did set the server-ip as my public ip which is 68.207.249.196. i ran it and it said failed to bind port. how do i fix this. i had just bought a domain name for it and im wandering why it wont run. even if i dont set i server-ip, it still says i cannot connect to my ip on minecraft. please help quickley!!!!!
