    Well, hi.
I've got no idea if it's a plugin like this, but I want to ask if anyone know a plugin that make you able to install/load plugins while the server is online? And no need for restart to install a new plugin?
Also be able to disable the plugin while the server is online?
    Well, thanks, -Alex

Yes, but you can't load plugins with that.

Yes it does, try it yourself. It will reload the whole bukkit server folder, and save the changes.

Put the needed plugins in the plugin folder and do /reload

  7. /reload is bad for the server and permissionsex plugin

It's a tiny, tiny, tiny memory increase. Unless you're on a 256mb VPS you're fine.

And PEX shouldn't be used as a plugin. Maybe a coat rack.
