Update "local-chat-ooc-shout"

Can anyone update this Plugin?

Please update this, because this is the only thing that GroupManager's Users can use, because HeroChat doesn't work with Essentials Chat ):.

 

If it has been confirmed to be broken, I might as well update it.

EDIT: I thought I should say that I hate people who decide it's funny to make their own licenses. http://dev.bukkit.org/licenses/1355-grovers-law-of-authority/


EDIT2: Jogy34 said he has a plugin that does this, I won't update it then.

I said similar. As I can see, the only things that has that mine doesn't are that there is no valut support and the chat channels aren't world specific.

 

you cant edit the format and the range too, sorry but i cant use this plugin

 

Since he hasn't been on since may 2nd 2012 I will update this. =)
