Hello i wanted to create a mine craft server

But I'm Using Broadband Internet , so i don't have a router .. I'm getting internet from cable from my neighbors

and because I'm using broadband my ip changes every 5 minutes or less

i tried using (no-ip) but it didn't work my brother cannot connect to my server

because i need to port forward

but i don't have a router so i cant port forward

so if there's any way i can make server without port forward and my ip dont changes please tell me how

    please help me.

    JWhy

My whole neighboorhood (and me as well) has broadband internet and routers...
This would result in an internet disconnect every 5 minutes, which makes it almost impossible to play on that server in general, beside the fact that you can't download any files for longer than 5 minutes...
The only way i see is setting up a dynamic DNS (e.g. no-ip.org) or a VPN

Go into a command prompt and type:
    "/ipconfig /all"

    Post the results here.

To be honest, if you don't know if you've got a router or not, it's probably best you don't host a server...
I can still help... but it's just a thought.

It is entirely possible you don't have a router but generally you'd be a tech wizz kid, or at least know how to control ports and set up servers :p

You mention you get a cable from your neighbour, this most likely means your neighbours have the router...

    EDIT:
Is this the cable you're being given from your neighbours?

I suggest you go talk to your neighbour, your setup sounds rather... unique.

You could try http://192.168.0.1/ and see if it asks for a username or password.
If it does then... you need to find it, most likely from your neighbour...
