I'm on a Mac, so I can copy text without force exiting the screen. U jelly?

You should be happy if you use jline that it only shuts down your server.

Before this change, control-c would kill the process immediately. Now we ask the server to shutdown gracefully.

Yeah... It happens to the best of us.

I've gotten more in the habit of trusting Putty's "anything highlighted is already copied" setup though, it's nice once you get used to it.

Well, I'm glad I'm not the only one! :D

    THAT IS SO ME.

Really? Is this jline stuff included in the latest Bukkit? I'm not gonna try it...

I've done this once or twice a year ago, but since haven't. My player administrators do it A LOT though.

Yay for running on linux as well as on a screen session in the background, no accidental killing the server.

Uhm, why would you use CTRL+C to copy from SSH?

Because if you're a Windows user it's hard-wired instinct to do it.

To copy text using PuTTY I can just select the text and right click anywhere on the screen. But like you said, Ctrl+C is hardwired. Hell not just Windows. DOS and Linux programs also use this key combination. XD
