Thats error above its asking if its up to date but it is so idk I think I've messed up the config file because its confuses me hardcore so is there and youtube that explains it better than the config file does? Heres current config file. Its all messed up :l Thanks for helping on these horrid configuration fail.

It is updated look at the current version of the plugin and look at the error :L

Its a problem with your config. That is the current released build of Residence.
