Cant Ban Staff!!!

I am Owner of my Own Server and There is this staff member who i cant ban! I demoted him to member rank and de-op him and it still says u cannot ban this person. I tried it from the console and it still says the same thing. I need help Help ASAP! Thnx!

 

Try /eban <player>
IF that doesnt work try /banip <player> then /kick him

 

Try this.

Turn off the server. Find his IP# in your server log.
place his IP number banned-ips.txt, save and quit. Turn server back on.

 

If it isnt letting you ban him, then he still has some sort of permission stating that he is highly ranked.

Which /vanish are you using? essentials, simplevanish, vanishnopacket, etc?
