This also didn't happen previously with 1.2.5. It makes it almost impossible to build anything as it will just teleport me back to the ground (I'm not running NoCheat). Already been reported: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/flymod-is-not-working-correctly.91205/page-3 The only solution is to downgrade to an older dev build of craftbukkit, I think it was build 2303.
