Do these exist?

First off; sorry if this is in the wrong section. I must have spent at least two hours looking for somewhat specific plugins to no avail. Specifically...

one that controls the spawn rate of mobs, but does not completely remove them or limit them overall;

and one that changes the colour of your name plate, but not your colour in chat.


Either I just plain don`t know exactly what to look for to find them or something else. Do either exist already?

The name color requires spout.

 

Don't think so. Actually I recall MonsieurApple made a PvP server in which all the names were colored, and I didn't have spout, and it worked just fine.

 

Really? I coulda sworn I read otherwise. I recall that pupate a requires spout to view colored names:0

 

I did too, but I've seen it done without, never bothered to look into how it was done though.

I can't comment on your bukkitdev, so I'll do it here... I think you should edit the CB Build. You may have compiled for 1.2.5, but TagAPI requires 1.3.1 anyhow. Just a thought, if you had a reason not to, I'm open to it. Can't wait to update and use it by the way.

Edit: I'm a dork, I didn't see the old builds of tagAPI in the changelog.
