[Plz!! help me !] WorldGuard MySQL problem!!

setting
database:
enable: on
dsn: jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/guard
user: root
password: 1234
table: blacklist_events

i have mySQL guard database, and blacklist_events tables.

but error;

failed to log blacklist event to database: Access denied for user ...'root'@'localhost'
............. ( using password : no!!!!! ) <- error

what's the problem? ... help me
