Need one small plugin.

Hello. Can someone help me with one easy plugin?
I need a plugin who can connect with MySQL and when in server player type a - /credits
To get from one MySQL the nick and to show how much credits have this nick.

I have a web-site and minecraft server.
I use a Authme for authurization and i have a SMS System. When someone send a SMS to give them a Credits.
With that credits they can buy money into the game,vip permissions and other.
And i want when they are into the game and type /credits to get from the MySQL database the nick how much credits have.

What I want: I want a simple plugin that connects to the database and write a player / credits to his displayed number of credits you have.
And will give an example -
Players registered with Nick King has 30 credits.
He writes / credits are taken on large database and nick his many credits is this receiver and it displays it.


Ideas for commands:
/credits - Show how much credits have the player.
/credits give <name> <ammout> - One player can transfer credits to other player.
/credits set <name> <ammout> - This command need to be for the admins to set to one player credits.

Ideas for permissions:
credits.show - /credits
credits.give - /credits give <name> <ammout>
credits.set - /credits set <name> <ammout>

When I'd like it by: 3days.
