[SPOUT] Knives/New Weapons?!

Hi. I am relatively new to spout, and have been searching EVERYWHERE for a way to add Spears, Knives, Battleaxes, you get the picture.
I hear with Spout, this is possible?
If anyone can reference me to a plugin and or make one for me, I'd appreciate it alot!
Things I'm looking for:
Spears
Knives
BattleAxes
Maces
Crossbows

Thank you! I checked out Easyblocks and yamp, and they seem relatively easy to do. The bleach plugin seems interesting, I'll tell my server about it and see if they want it when it's complete. I would be extremely greatful if you could make the plugin for me, but I can just use Easyblocks or yamp.
