   Okay, so, i'm working on my PVP server right now. I know that with factions, you can make safezones and warzones, but everything is set to Wilderness as default. I understand how to make them, but it works like claiming land with this plugin does, a non specific area.
   
   So, how do i get it to where the safezones and warzones are only in specific areas?

   everything is set to Wilderness as default - this is configurable in the conf.json, and if you claim land with factions you claim a chunk for that faction so using /f claim warzone would claim one chunk (16x16) and to see the chunks youve claimed use /f map. I hope that helps
