   I'm running with WorldGuard/Edit, Essentials, Factions, Spawnmob, and iConomy.
   
   For some reason players can pvp in the wilderness, but if I were to use Worldguard to protect, let's say, a pvp arena, they can't pvp in it. Even if I set the flag to allow pvp. :/ Why is this? Any ideas?

   Try setting the Region Priority. "/region priority [region name] [priority number(set to 1)]"
   Eg. /region priority pvp 1
