Need someone to make a fairly complex plugin for a PVP series, mainly forked from other plugins

Hey there. I can't tell you too much of my idea because it's so good I reckon someone else might steal it. Basically I need someone to make me a semi-complex plugin (think more complex than Death Ban but less than Dwarves v Zombies) and I will pay them a small amount and invite them to play in the series, and if it is popular we will release the plugin to the public. I'm not entirely sure if all of the things are possible using just server side modding but I think so.

It will involve a bit of forking from other plugins such as:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/deathlockout/ -hardcore mode for certain players
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/vanish/ -invisibility in certain light levels for certain players
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/potionsplus/ -certain potion effects for certain players
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/essentials/ -mainly the /fly command
it will also need to include a Death Ban (with option for OPs to not be banned)
and also either include the KingdomsGameplay plugin or be compatible with it:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/kingdomsgameplay/ -as a goal to the pvp
It also needs a command similar to /give but more limited.
The plugin involves a different use of the XP system for certain players and certain chat encryptions.

Do these plugins have a license and if so are you or any developer authorized to modify the plugin?

Take a look at VariableTriggers you can do a lot with it and it can run /commands from any other plugin. So with it you can probably do most of what you are wanting.

One attitude your asking for a big plugin you won't give any details except a bunch of plugin names you are breaking forums rules and your being pushy but yet you expect someone to make it for you? Coding can be difficult depending on what your asking and just by looking at this I see you want 5 different plugins all mixed into one then like Deathmarine said

cause if we can't modify the plugin we would have to remake it. So if you want someone to make this for you please do this 1) Read the stickied threads 2)Format your post 3) Stop being so pushy 4) Check if you are aloud to modify the plugins you are asking to be modified after that then post more people will look and if its public more people will help like -_Husky_- and possibly others Thank You

 

I don't think we need the modified plugins. Either include them in the package or copy small parts.

I have contacted a plugin dev on YouTube. He may help if no-one here wants to.
