    Plugin category: Fun/General

    Suggested name: Armour Sets

What I want: I'd like to see a plugin that allows you to craft "Armour Sets" that can be likewise broken apart, just like how metal blocks work.
    Example:

(NOTE: This is photoshopped to show you what I mean, just clarifying)
Breaking it apart would be tricky if it's done using a crafting table since it'd yield 4 different items from one block, but maybe it can be broken apart if it's placed down on the ground and mined/right-clicked.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

    Ideas for permissions:
    ArmourSets.craft
    ArmourSets.break

When I'd like it by: Anytime

Ahhh that's unfortunate :c I guess it makes sense though, everyone who joins the server would have to have the same mod, wouldn't they..

Could partially be implemented without client mods by reusing an existing block and/or item, with a special tag or enchantment to differentiate it from the vanilla item/block. For example a lapis block or sponge or whatever could be used to represent this "armor block", along with metadata to allow the plugin to recognize it. The QuickBench plugin uses this technique.

The downside of this approach is the block will appear as another block (unless perhaps you use a custom texture pack), but the upside is client mods are not needed. If you're willing to require client mods however, this should be fairly easy.

Is anyone willing to put this together with the methods mentioned above (or a tutorial on how, so I can try myself)? I wouldn't know the first thing on how to do any of this
