Help with metrics response (noob)

hello i am a noob or n00b or FNG whatever you wanna call me but i am getting this response and i have a idea it is relating to LWC. can someone please help. (running on MAC OSX LION)

and then after it started up

This happens a lot, it's not a serious error it and it's not your fault either, it's the web server for Metrics. You don't need it for your server to run and it won't cause lag, so just ignore it.

opt-out within the "plugin metrics" folder "config file" -> change to TRUE.

 

It always causes a bratal lagg for me :S Why that?
