URGENT! My bukkit map lags like hell

hi I´ve recently created a bukkit server to play with my friends and all was going good butt i dont know something went wrong and now in that specific map i get the cant keep up message can someone and lags like hell, help me to recover my map please, when i create another world works fine but i want my old one back please help

I'm curious during which update was your would created? Are you getting chunk errors?

 

I think so i really dont know byt my fps goes down to 5 and says that cant keep up this the server time change..... Edit: my graphics card is radeoon 6870 HD

 

Use the plugin NoLagg and check why the server is lagging maybe.
