How do I work this in with worldedit?

I am making a dunegon plugin where you can join, start and leave the dungeon. The dungeon waiting room, starting point and exiting point will be set by warps. I have created the warps in the code, but I don't know how to make it so they save even when the server reloads or the plugin resets.

I don't know how to mark og the regions with world edit and then do the following. I also want to add it so only 4 people can join at once, but I have no idea how. The other thing I don't know how to do is to give them a set reward for completing the dungeon when they reach a platform or walk threw a portal. If someone can help me 1 on 1 I have teamviewer and Skype and I will send you what I have done so far. I would really appreciate this help.
