   I have never used the kit feature on essentials and I have decided to add it the my server. I have a simple question. For the "delay" option is it how long until you can use the command again (like a cool down) or is it how long until it gives you the items after entering the command.

   Its how long you have to wait to get get the kit again
   Also it counts in seconds, so right now you can use your boost kit every 10 seconds
