I am unable to get a server running through the RUN.bat

This isn't the first server i have set up but it is the first time i have encountered this problem.
When I attempt to start the server using the RUN.bat created (exactly as instructed by the wiki) i get the error "unable to access jarfile craftbukkit.jar <nextline> Press anykey to continue", pressing any key closes the console.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Download the latest Recommended build from HERE and put it into the folder where the RUN.Bat is located. Rename the file from (Should be, as of this writing) "craftbukkit-1.2.5-R4.0" or "craftbukkit-1.2.5-R4.0.jar" (depending on how your computer is set up) to "craftbukkit' or "craftbukkit.jar" (again, depending on how your computer is set up)
