Plugin category: World Generators / World Management

    Suggested name: TempWorld

A bit about me: I am a lowly server admin, and i had an amazing idea. I am not really a coder, and i would love to learn how, but anyone that does code may be interested in this.

What I want: Here is a broken down list
    • Make a world named <defined in config>
    • Use a plugin like Multiverse and use a random seed 1-10 random integers long
    • <config> Number of hours before the world is unloaded (with MV) and then deleted.
    • Repeat :D
Ideas for commands: No commands, just console commands that are as follows
    • /tempworld start (Starts the process)
    • /tempworld stop (Stop the process)
    • /tempworld pause (Pauses the time before the world deletes)

Ideas for permissions: None. Commands will only be accessible by console.

When I'd like it by: The very second you read this. O_O

Similar plugin requests: None that i know.

Bump cause it is a day old :3
Willing to pay $5 or more possibly.

This is pretty simple actually, if you just want the console to spit out multiverse commands at random intervals.

You really want the world deleted and recreated?

I think he wants a temporary, regenerating world. My guess is for some sort of resource world? I've seen that on a few servers.

People can harvest from there for a month, then it gets deleted and regenerated.

I may be wrong, but it sounds like it would work in a resource-world type situation :D

Basically, it would be using a Multiverse command at a certain interval, but it would use an alias (maybe).
Couldn't you get an auto-execute type plugin? That might work. You'd have to set the MV commands to running every so often, and it would all be automated.

    Anyways, hope that helps!
