Plugin needed that simulates a Player

You might try using a redstone plugin that has built in day/night detectors, that would probably be more stable. I'm not entirely sure when chunks are loaded/unloaded when manually called from a plugin, but it's worth a shot.

Keeping chunks in memory on purpose is a messy business, I wouldn't recommend it unless it's absolutely necessary.

why not just ask for a day/night sensor plugin?

actually...that still wouldn't work, even with day/night sensors, the chunks would still need to be loaded. so i see why you would want to simulate a player...

You don't need to simulate a player to load a chunk, but I wouldn't recommend it all the same.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the existing day/night sensor plugins don't already work over long distances with unloaded chunks.

well...then my only advice is to wait until previous chunk plugins have updated.
