   Hi There!, Is there a way to update plugins without harming my configurations?

   zipfe

   Just replace the .jar, not the folder the plugin created inside the plugins folder.
   
   However, always read the current update instructions of the plugin you update — they might mention changes to the config files, like new features etc.

   As zipfe said, JGrivera1210 :
   
   Stop the server, copy the new updated .jar's over into the plugins folder, and start the server. Some plugins may require you to completely delete the config file, and some may say new stuff has been added, so you'll need to check that out. Every plugin is slightly different.
