Upcoming Game Changing RolePlay Server FallCraft: New Vegas, Needing A Professional Plugin Creator!

GENERAL INFORMATION​

Tired of these so called Fallout servers that have no relevance to the game whatsoever, well fear not your savior is here! I own and manage FallCraft: New Vegas, a Minecraft server with potential.Basically, we are creating a 1:1 scale replica of the in-game map from Fallout New Vegas, a popular game developed by Bethesda.When we finish the main server map, specially selected builders will help create our own custom map available for VIP's.Once we finish the recreation of Fallout New Vegas, we are launching as a 24/7 server for all to experience.This is a very difficult task to do as I am sure you know.We plan to be the next big thing following the Vault RP.​

PLUGIN MANAGER​

I am in-need of a plugin manager who can configure selected plugins for the server.Plugins such as I am talking about would be the configuration of Factions and other big plugins.If you think you could configure plugins such as that to have multiple factions running over large areas just pop in a comment at the end saying your experience with plugin managing and how long it would take you for something like this to be completed!​

PLUGIN CREATOR​

We use lots of plugins to intensify the experience of game play for users such as Guns+, Citizens etc. However we are in need of one plugin that will attract more players than we can image.It is a GUI modeled like a pip-boy 3000.I have been told this is within range of the capabilities of Spout.What I am hoping to get is the GUI to be able to do is multiple functions such as...Show the players inventory, show server information and show a server map.The GUI will basically be an extension to the screen that shows when the player in survival presses the hotkey of 'E'.Furthermore, the screen in the middle of the pipboy GUI will be a crafting screen like normal, but down the bottom the three buttons will control the three pages.​

Here is a pipboy 3000.The buttons below should control the pages page one bring the crafting screen, page two being the server information and page three being the server map.I would also like the rest of the screen to be filled with the texture resembling the look of the pipboy model.​

I would be EXTREMELY grateful if one of you VERY talented plugin creators could either do this for me, or instruct me to someone who could! Thanks for reading this, I am very appreciative! Rewards will be shown in-game on the server after launch, but ask for other rewards if wanted.Also this should only be used for FallCraft New Vegas, and not distributed to other servers.​
