Is it possible to use Ä Ö & Ü in a plugin somehow?

    Hey guys,
    I'm setting up a new server at the moment and for my chat-plugin I need the german Ü. The chat-form should be: [PLAYERNAME] flüstert: [MESSAGE]. Now I need the Ü for "flüstert" and I don't want to write "fluestert", which would be the kinda long-form of it.. Is there a trick on how to get the Ü in my chat?

    Is there no way to do this? I can swear I've seen this before.

    I know that minecraft works for using Ü in chat. However the plugin you are using most likely doesn't parse it correctly. What chat plugin are you currently using?
