Need Help Finding Particular Plugin

I've been searching for over 2 hours now to find a plugin that automatically promotes users in PermissionsEx based on what in-game level they are. Not McMMO levels, but the actual in game leveling system.

I'm not even sure if a plugin like this exists.

Anyone with awesome googling skills able to find it?
