Plugin category: [ADMN] Suggested name: Noob Alert A bit about me: I recently opened a new server (mc.holysteward.com) and I am really enjoying the administration and community building of operating a server. What I want: I'd like a plugin that can send a message from the server if players above a certain permissions level are not on. Preferably this would be a text message, but I don't even know if its possible for that. So I would be happy with even just an email or some other kind of notification I can get (preferably on a phone). I already use the Minecraft Mobile Admin plugin and what not but it doesn't alert me when someone gets on at this point and I believe that really anyone would find this useful. Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin. Ideas for permissions: noobalert.alertrank (to set the lowest rank checked for?) When I'd like it by: Really, I would like it now but I know it may take a while to do; I would like it by the end of this week if possible. (Maybe whenever its done is done would be a better answer, just please don't keep putting it off forever) Similar plugin requests: None, that i could find.

It is possible to have an email sent when this happens! I can confirm this! I am thinking of making a Bukkit email notification service myself!
Looks like my bumping helped. Looking forward to seeing the results of this, as I would like to use it myself. I'm thinking, maybe with a /calladmin like feature, and some sort of "server-error-message reporting".

Great idea ik it is possible to send text messages through PHP i could maybe look into a way to do this
