Mob based Familiars

    I want it so players can select ANY mob as their familiar.

    -Any person with a familiar will only be able to have 1 familar and it will always follow the player.

    -The familiar can level up and become more powerful and even help fight opposing mobs.

    -Whatever familiar the player has will see less hostility from that mob.

    -You can make the familiar follow, attack players, be aggressive to nearby mobs, guard a specified area, or just stay, all with the commands.

    -As for creepers since they sacrifice themselves, it wouldnt be fair for people with that familiar, so if thats the selected familiar it would exploded every second or so without dieing, but deal no block damage nor harm the owner.

    -To have a familiar the player must buy it through commands at a configurable price.

    -If a familiar dies the player can opt to pay a fee to revive it or start over with a new one.

    -Familiars like skeletons and zombies will not burn in sunlight.

    So can anyone do this?
    Who is the lowest bidder to take on the challenge?
