bPermissions Error: Tracks Do Not Exist

Hi. I've seen this issue posted a few times before, and I've checked all of them (to my knowledge), but none of them have helped me with my issue. When I first installed bPermissions, everything worked fine. The tracks had no issues, the groups.yml and users.yml was fine. For whatever reason, the next day, the tracks decided not to work. Since then, I've tried changing permissions around, checking files against yaml parsers, and I reinstalled the plugin, and manually redid every permissions, group, and config yesterday. Nothing seems to work, and I'm the only one with access to the server's control panel. I'll try to include all the information I can. If they're not useful, please let me know what else I need to post.

TL;DR I'm having issues with the bPermissions Tracks.

Current Plugins: bPermissions (obviously), Essentials, iChat, NoCheatPlus, and WorldEdit.
Previous Plugins: bChat.
Other (These came with the server): MineBackup, Plugin Metrics

Operating System: Mac OSX, however the server is being run off of a server host- VanquishVPS.
