Water/Lava not flowing?

    Hi, me and my friends have this server issue, whenever we place water/lava (survival or creative) it doesn't flow, it stays in the same block, what could possibly be the issue?

    maybe worldguard ? if you have that plugin than try without it

    iConomy, Vault, PermissionsEx, LogBlock, FalseBookCart, Essentials, FalseBookChat, AuthMe, EssentialsSpawn

    Try disabling PermissionsEx, maybe some bad permission settings you have set.

    IM NOT ATTACKING YOU RIGHT NOW

    but i wanna say
    permission to lava flow - that would be something new
    i think permissions is only per users and not per server

    and i would try without plugins 1st and if it helps than try without essentials

    and i really didnt attack you as you keep assuming it just sound funny
    like permission for time to flow lol
