Chat Delay (Lag) But no Killing/Teleporting lag. What's the problem?

Hello,

Recently i'm having one annoying problem
I'm not really sure what and why it happend
But when i and players on my server type something in chat it takes couple of seconds
to show, But when i ever type /say Hello, for example it shows with no delay whatsoever.

Here's my plugins:

Hmm you don't seem to have a chat dedicated plugin. My guess would be a bug in the craftbukkit.jar
Try to reinstall the craftbukkit.jar

 

I Did try that, same problem.
Any other suggestions?

 

Hi, what server is it? Is it dedicted or on your server? How manny ram dose it run on, CPU, and internett?

It's Deticated, RAM: 2GB, Sandy Bridge Intel Xeon E3-1270, I'm not quiet sure, But it's fast enough

 

It might be the plugins, like colour me... or something.
If you are in need, unstall all the plugins and install them one by one, then you will find out if it is the plugins or not..
Dose the same happen if you unstall all the plugins?

 

i Unstalled all of the plugins, the problem was solved.
Now, I'm installing plugins one by one, Thanks bro!

Quick Update: It seems like "ColorME" Was Making the chat lag, I'm not sure why
Any Suggestions or any alternative for "ColorMe" ?
