[MECH] WeatherHours [1.2.5]

Hi all, i'm French and i have just developped my first plugin.
This plugin have:
a meteo modifier /meteo <pluie|soleil>(or /meteo <p|s>) (meteo <rain|sun>) (Done),
a time modifier /heure <jour|nuit> (or /heure <j|n> (hour <day|night>) (Done),
a save command (/whs -all) (Done),
and a help command (/wh help) (Done)
but WeatherHours has not english commands! If you want it, go here:
