[REQ] All mobs die at day

Hi, I need a plugin that automatically removes all bad mobs as soon as it becomes day, So basically only mobs at night, All friendly mobs can stay during day but my players are getting tired of being killed by creepers or burning mobs, So an instant removal of these would be nice.

Hey, are you still willing to make this plugin? Sorry I have not had a server in a while but this would be nice to use, Specifics could be:

Don't apply to Nether
If possible (Don't apply underground) [Doubt its possible]

OP requested it, (if possible) so it would only apply to mobs overground

Idea for programmers (if possible): Maybe do something like instant sunlight death blow? I know it wont be final, but close right?

 

Alrighty, currently I have a build developed for CraftBukkit version 1.4.6 R0.1

This build has the following features:

• instantSunDeath - Decide whether a mob dies the moment it is exposed to the sun
• blockSpawning - Decide whether to block monsters from spawning during the day/night
• disable-creeper-explosions - Decide whether creeper explosions are disabled during the day/night
• enabled-worlds - Worlds the plugin will be active in
