"getting started" page doesnt work

    i had to restore my computer to factory settings... so i had to re-download everything that i had and i had a bukkit server...it's been a while since i put it together or whatever so i went to that wiki page that tells how it is done...i followed all the steps for 'windows' with a 64-bit system and it isnt working. please help. thanks in advance.
