    If you don't mind me asking... how are you able to dish out 700 a month for a server? Do you get a high volume of donations on a regular basis or are just loaded?

    So you want to best server you can get for that amount of money?
    I think this is for you:

    It has Dual AMD Opterons 16 cores each running at 2.1 GHZ and can have up to 192 GB of RAM with 4 SSD in raid 10.I don't think you can get more that this.

    If you aren't capable of managing it yourself, you shouldn't be running it at all. The internet is already overflowing with poorly secured servers.
