What's your download/upload speed of your internet? Are you playing on the same computer you're hosting this on? What CPU do you use?
At this point what I would do is either remove all your plugins and re-add them one by one until you find out which one is doing it, or I would remove the top half, wait and see if it happens, if it doesn't, add half of the ones left out back in until it happens again and narrow it down that way. If you add the top half in and it does lag again, then take half of them away and see if it happens again, and keep doing this until you find out which plugin is causing the issues. My guess is that it's going to be one of these two: Orebfuscator 1.4.3 playerScan 1.2 I could be wrong though, I've just heard that Oreb causes issues, and playerscan (if it does what it sounds like it does) might be causing lag. I'm just throwing ideas out there
Orebfuscator and LWC use up alot of space and can cause lots of lag I suggest Lockette And Found Diamonds as lag free alternates Also it may be that you are hosting from a bad machine xD
His machine doesn't sound too bad... http://ark.intel.com/products/52276 His CPU is a quad core @ 3.4Ghz 2 Gb DDR3 RAM (assuming, but should be accurate considering the CPU) and a 1GB down/up connection, specs don't sound like the issue. The only issue left that would be spec related is if he's got a slow hard drive. Lockette is a good alternative to LWC, I prefer LWC but the issues that constantly came up while I used it weren't worth it (too many plugins don't mix well with LWC). Also, Found Diamonds can work, but it really doesn't deter too many people from when I used it. I use x-ray informer myself now, I'm not sure if it works with HE or not, I know the author originally said he wouldn't ever make it work, but then I read somewhere that someone would pay him to do it so he did...can't remember...but it's worth looking into for sure.
