Water Teleportation?

I am a server owner, and I have been on other servers where I can walk through a nether portal and end up in another part of the world. Except the nether portal has water in it. I was wondering if you guys could tell me what that plugin is. And please dont just say "Oh just freakin type /pl in the server herpderp" I want to actually know the link.

Because the one Mukrakiish has recommended doesn't seem to be up-to-date.

 

There is always Stargate. It works well on 1.24. It can be found at Bukkit Dev, or at
http://forum.thedgtl.net/
You will need to make your own custom gates to get the water-filled gates.
Transporter is a plugin that has similar water-filled gates too.
