   In my server i had set the border of the map and people can walk in a 800x800x800 box. i have no use of the thouthands chuncks over the border, however, mobs, animal, light etc are generated for this nomansland. il there a way to delete out of border world with any existing plugin? or keeping it ungenerated? that would free some memory load and avoid so many lag.

   Because of how Minecraft works, it's still going to generate chunks beyond where the players can reach - up to 4 chunks away. What you can try if you have world editing tools is making those chunks full of nothing but bedrock. No mobs will have room to spawn then.
