Well, to keep it simple, xp farms are killing my server's iconomy. Ive removed all spawners from my map. And now my players making "black box" to spawn monster naturally Is it possible to make a plugin that completely disable this ?
Here's an idea: You could make a plugin that checks for weird types of mob deaths, like lava / drowning, in a certain radius. If too many mobs die there in a amount of time -> disable mob-spawning..
ive thought about this before but ppl usually flow the mobs with water to a small hole which they cnat escape, and they just kill em with diamond swords through a litlle hole so the mobs cant hurt them :/
OtherDrops can disable drops from environmental damage (eg. drowning, falling, etc) but that wont help with the diamondswords killing them in the hole - depreciating rewards is a feature I'm planning but that probably wont be a few weeks (it'll slow down/stop rewards if they keep killing the same mobs in the same location). MobBounty used to be able to do this but not sure that it's been updated.
Check the latest version of MonsterFix. It supports detects traps (I called it butcheries) and disable drops (you'll wait sometime until mob will drop XP and items in butchery-area again), disable fall damage to mob, disables drops from mob spawned by mobspawner, and there other anti-farming features you can find useful.
