RealPVP Needs a Dev Team

Hey devs,
My name is Fell and I own the RealPVP server. (http://www.planetminecraft.com/server/alpha-realpvp/) We're a revolutionary server that allows payers to win big prizes by PVP'ing, using our custom leveling system that I coded. So I've been coding the plugins for the server thus far, but I could definitely use some help. Some main things that need to be done plugin-wise are a class system, power ups (which will be our main source of revenue), and a few other things; all of which I have documentation for. I might be intrested. I do have experience with bukkit. Examples of me doing tough coding is MobBountyReloaded. I fully update MobBounty (With a friend of mine) and I do small custom plugins for servers here and their. I do work for free but in return like certain "favors" done (And/Or a rank on the server).
